School Psychologist

Ricia Weiner is a school psychologist, mother, and group fitness instructor. She holds a PhD from the University of Maryland, College Park, a BSE from the University of Arizona, an LPC in the District of Columbia and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Ricia is passionate about supporting students during their dynamic and exciting educational and developmental journeys. She brings a depth of knowledge and expertise cultivated during her own educational, professional, and parenting journey and draws on her experiences growing up as a multiracial person in the Southwest. Her school psychology acumen has been sharpened over time by serving students and families professionally since 2001 in urban and suburban public and independent school settings. Her professional sweet spot is in working with adolescents and new adults.
